The mark consists of a background surrounding the stylized letters "TWIC". A tugboat occupies the area above the appearance of "TWIC", the tugboat cabin's being essentially white in color, the tugboat hull's being essentially black in color, and the railing area's being essentially blue in color. In the center of the background surrounding the stylized letters "TWIC", a seaport structure servicing a container ship occupies the left half of the area below the appearance of "TWIC". The port structure itself is essentially grey in color with crane-like projections essentially red in color over the container ship. The container ship itself has a hull black in color with red in color appearing at the waterline and other structures on the deck that are grey in color, blue in color, and white in color. In the center of the background surrounding the stylized letters "TWIC", an electric train engine and train cars in the countryside occupy the right half of the area below the appearance of "TWIC". The cab of the engine is essentially yellow in color with its underbody's being grey in color. The train cars following the engine are grey in color. The train engine is in transit on rails that are black in color and a rail bed that consists of stones that are white in color and blue in color. The countryside appears to the left of the train engine and consists of shrubbery that is green in color. Applicant also claims the grey tone expression of the mark."
