Fed: New groups set to rise out of TCA ashes

State-based organisations and a national lobby group are set to fill the void left
by the demise last month of Tourism Council Australia.

Since TCA went into voluntary administration on December 15 last year a group of national
industry associations with an interest in tourism have been meeting to form a new tourism
lobby group.

Spearheaded by the Australian Hotels Association the group includes the Australian
